Green Design for designing, realising and managing green areas
The “Green Design” research project was funded by the Lombardy Region, DG Industry – Call for Proposal Metadistricts 2007.
The project has investigated the processes, products and services of the design, realisation and management of parks and green areas inspired by the principles of low costs, environmental sustainability and enhancement of the genius loci of the areas. It was realised by a Syndicate Association (ATI in Italian), composed of CS&L Consorzio Sociale, Università di Firenze, Fondazione Minoprio, Scuola Agraria del Parco di Monza, LAND, Magutdesign and Cluster.
The research catalogue is a publication that presents a selection of 104 of the best Italian and international design and realisation experiences, which the Green Design work group has studied.
The website provides comprehensive information on the project.
If you register on the website you may view, besides the 104 information sheets published by the catalogue, all the sheets of the research (currently about 270) and you may participate in the research community and propose new sheets.
